Cool, wet winters in the Midwest and drier conditions in the South are in the forecast for 2026. This means soybean growers need to be prepared for disease, stress or whatever the season brings. Brian Norton, an agronomy service representative with Syngenta, explains why growers need a seed treatment they can trust to take their yield to the next level – no matter the conditions.

This is extremely important in soybeans, as they create nodules on the root system that fix nitrogen that’s needed by the plant. So, a bigger root system leads to more area for more nitrogen production. MagniSafe technology helps soybeans recover faster from tough early-season conditions. A lot of times we think about that as being soil-borne pests, but it might be weather conditions, and in some cases, can actually include our aggressive herbicide program.
