Valentine’s Day Mocktail

Ingredients

• ½ cup strawberry juice or strawberry purée

• ¼ cup cranberry juice

• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

• 1–2 tsp honey or simple syrup (to taste)

• ½ cup sparkling water or lemon soda

• Ice

• Optional garnish: fresh strawberries, lemon twist, edible rose petals, or a sugar rim

Instructions

Optional but cute: run a lemon wedge around the rim and dip it in sugar. Fill the glass with ice.

In a shaker or glass, stir together strawberry juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and honey/simple syrup until well combined.

Pour over ice and top with sparkling water or lemon soda. Stir gently.

Add a strawberry on the rim or float a few rose petals on top for the full Valentine’s effect.
